Lake Glenbawn or Lake Liddell are ideal spots for skiing or fishing, or take the scenic routes along the Barrington Tops Road or the Rylestone Road to Bylong. You can enjoy discovering the Upper Hunter in your own way or special tours can be arranged for you.

The region abounds with history and heritage with many homesteads, art galleries and museums to explore. The historic town of Denman is a favourite among photographers with its gracious old buildings and traditional storefronts.
